Is my date available?

What are the rental fees and what do they include?
We have several wedding packages for single or multiple day rental. They include tables, chairs, white tablecloths, and use of facilities*

What is the maximum capacity for guests?
Our maximum capacity is 200

Are there changing areas for the wedding couple and/or wedding party?
Yes, we have two upstairs suites and a private downstairs area for changing and relaxing.

Is there a backup plan for inclement weather if the service is outdoors?
Yes, the ceremony would be moved inside the elegant, covered barn where the bride has the option of descending the stairs or entering through back barn door.

Are the any restrictions on catering or alcohol service?
You may use any caterer you choose and all alcohol must be served by a licensed, insured bartender.

Can we have our rehearsal dinner here?
Time for your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner are included in our Deluxe Wedding Package (Friday & Saturday).

How much is required for a deposit and is there a payment plan?
We ask for half of the total rental fee and the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before your wedding date. We can break the deposit into two or three monthly payments if requested.

What is your cancellation policy?
Your deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward another date if cancellation occurs six months prior to the booked date, or if we are able to fill the date with another booking.

What are the available setup and teardown times?
You will have access to the venue from 9a to 11p on your wedding day.
